It has been so long!
It has been so long since i have updated our blog. I am going to try to do better this time around. I have been really thinking these last couple of hours about our baby that is on the way. when I first found out i was pregnant, I was shocked! A baby was not in the plans for 5 years. Chris and i had only been married for 6 months. I took three pregnancy tests and Chris took one ( i wanted to compare to see if all pregnancy tests looked positive) and sure enough we were going to have a little one on the way! I felt like i was a bad person having a baby at 20 years old. Over the last 8 1/2 - 9 months my heavenly father has helped me realize that this is the time he wanted this little guy to be in our lives. He has reassured me that he has given Chris and i the correct tools to be great parents. I have also been taught how truly blessed i am that i am able to have a baby. Over the last couple of months I have met some amazing people who were given the trial of infertility, and I see how I am truly blessed to be a mom. I am now excited to bring our little guy in the world. He is going to have a crazy set of parents! I will be in school for another year and half and Chris Will be in school for another 50 years (at least that's how it seems) but hey at least our son can make us after school snacks!!
so here is a quick rundown of the last few months:

WEIRD day at school last week

so it all started with me seeing a goat at school. NOT any goat but a goat that encourages voting! Then when i went to Chris' school we saw Kirby Heyborne (the guy from all those church movies and he was in that beer commercial) he was taking pictures with freshman girls. so Chris and i walked up to him with a picture of a bottle of beer, he was super nervous but signed it for us.It just goes to show you... there will always be two bored newly weds who will embarrass you while your trying to promote your new church movie!!
